Customer Service Agent
Part-time / Full-timeBe the friendly voice that helps traders succeed with TTMT. You'll assist users with onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our customers have a world-class experience.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent English speaker (native or C1+ level)
- Available during GMT+0 business hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues
- Basic understanding of trading or willingness to learn
- Experience with customer support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
DevOps & Infrastructure Lead
Full-timeOwn our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll manage our self-hosted Coolify setup, ensure 99.9% uptime for our trading services, and scale our multi-tenant architecture.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
- Expert knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration
- Experience with Coolify, CapRover, or self-hosted PaaS platforms
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Monitoring & observability experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Uptime Kuma)
- Passion for automation and infrastructure-as-code
