At TTMT (operated by jazzrabbit OÜ), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
Free Trial
We offer a 10-day free trial so you can fully evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required during the trial period, and you can cancel at any time without charge.
Subscription Refunds
Within 14 Days of First Payment
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if:
- You have not actively used the service for trade execution
- You've encountered technical issues we cannot resolve
After 14 Days
Refunds after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:
- A partial refund (prorated)
- Service credits for future use
- Extended subscription time
When Refunds Are NOT Available
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Trading losses incurred while using our service
- Unused subscription time after the 14-day period
- Subscription renewals (please cancel before renewal date)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@telegramtometatrader.com
- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account dashboard
- By contacting support
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe). Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
