Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
The short version
Ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment and you get it back in full. No questions asked, no reason needed, no conditions.
You do not have to justify it. You do not have to prove the software failed. You do not have to have left it unused. Email us and we send the money back.
Free trial
Every recurring subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing at all.
If you need longer to evaluate, ask us – we will usually extend it.
The 30-day refund
Within 30 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund for any reason or none. This covers:
- Monthly and annual subscriptions
- Lifetime Deals, from the date of purchase
- Any add-ons purchased alongside them
We do not ask what went wrong, and we do not require you to have avoided using the service. Using TTMT to execute trades does not cost you your refund.
Renewals
If a renewal charged you and you did not want it, tell us and we will refund it. You are not expected to have cancelled on exactly the right day.
You can cancel any time from your billing portal. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
What we cannot refund
Trading losses. If a trade loses money, that money is at your broker – it was never paid to us and we have no way to return it. TTMT is automation software: we can refund what you paid us for the software, and that is the whole of what we hold. Nothing in this policy is a guarantee of trading results.
That is the only exception, and it is a limit on what is physically possible rather than a condition on your refund.
How to request one
- Email [email protected] from your account email, or message the founder directly on Telegram
- Say you want a refund – a reason is welcome but never required
- We reply within 2 business days
- The money goes back via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
After 30 days
Write to us anyway. We look at it properly and we would rather sort it out than have you feel stuck. We just cannot promise the outcome in advance the way we can inside the 30 days.
Your statutory rights
If you are in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. This policy gives you more than that, and nothing here reduces any right you hold by law.
