1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TTMT ("Telegram to MetaTrader"), operated by jazzrabbit OÜ (Registry code: 16489902, Estonia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

TTMT provides automated signal copying software that:

  • Monitors Telegram channels for trading signals
  • Parses and interprets trading instructions using AI
  • Executes trades automatically on MetaTrader 4/5 platforms via MetaApi

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally permitted to engage in forex/CFD trading in your jurisdiction
  • The account holder of any MetaTrader account connected to our service

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are displayed on our website and may change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

5.3 Free Trial

We offer a 10-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to continue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our service for illegal trading activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our software
  • Interfere with service operations
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party platforms:

  • MetaApi - for MetaTrader connectivity
  • Telegram - for signal monitoring
  • Supabase - for data storage
  • Posthog - for analytics

You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.

8. Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • TTMT is a tool that automates trade execution based on signals from third-party providers
  • We do not provide trading signals, financial advice, or investment recommendations
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred
  • Only trade with money you can afford to lose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or execution delays
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures (MetaApi, Telegram, brokers)

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks are owned by jazzrabbit OÜ. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
