Telegram channel management
They ask to join. You decide who gets in.
Your own Telegram bot sends your joining steps, takes the broker and account number, and passes each join request to your team. A person approves every member.
No TTMT account needed to ask. It all happens in Telegram.
The bot asks for the broker and account.
It sends your joining instructions in your words, asks for TradeQuo or Vantage and the account number, and keeps the join request in one place. Requests wait in one list, not in your DMs.
Checked against the list you upload.
Upload the client list from your IB program as a CSV. No match, and an owner checks it by hand in the broker's IB area. There is no live broker feed.
They get the join button.
A person presses Approve.
In your client list
Helpers can approve or decline client-list matches here. Manual checks stay with owners.
Nothing changes for the member until you decide.
After your next list upload.
If an approved member's account is missing from a newer list, the case comes back to you.
Members who were in your channel before the bot are not checked.
Set up your botJoining through the bot never turns trading on. A channel added this way is not trading until the member turns it on.

What members ask
Do members need a TTMT account to join?
No. Members ask and send their account in Telegram. After a person approves, they get their join button there.
Does joining start automated trading?
No. A channel added through the bot is not trading until the member turns it on.
What does a member agree to first?
Before sending a request, the member reads a data notice and taps "I agree".
Which language does the bot use?
Your own messages can be in any language. The few fixed lines the bot adds are in English.
What owners ask
Does the bot approve people automatically?
No. A person approves each request. Helpers can approve client-list matches; manual checks belong to owners.
Is this a Telegram membership or subscription bot?
Not a payment one. It takes no payments and sells no subscriptions. It handles join requests for VIP access through your Vantage or TradeQuo IB: it collects each request, checks the account against your client list, and a person approves it.
How are broker accounts checked?
Against the client list you upload, or by a manual check in the broker's IB area. There is no live back office connection.
Which brokers and files are supported?
TradeQuo and Vantage, where you are the member's introducing broker (IB). The client list is a CSV file of up to 10 MB.
Do my helpers need a TTMT account?
No. Helpers work in Telegram. Owners use TTMT.
Will it manage everyone already in my channel?
No. The bot handles new join requests only. Nobody already in your channel is checked or removed.
What happens when I remove a member?
A person confirms each removal, and it cannot be undone. It is not a ban: they can ask again. TTMT stops copying that channel for them, so no new trades open, and close and stop-loss messages no longer reach their open trades, which stay open.
Can one bot run several channels?
Yes. One bot covers all your channels that have the same owners.
Does it take VIP payments or manage TradingView access?
No payments. For TradingView, the bot asks for each member's username and lists who to add or remove. You give the access yourself.
Can I keep my existing inbox while I try it?
Yes. Test it first, then run seven days with real requests while your DM inbox stays open. A person still approves every member.
