3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Telegram to Metatrader is a cloud-based software tool that automates the copying of trading signals from Telegram channels into MT4/MT5 accounts. Notable features include:

• AI-based parsing of signals from Telegram, regardless of signal format.

• Automatic execution of market, stop, or limit orders, including TP/SL settings.

• Real-time monitoring for trade modifications such as break-even, trailing stop, or adjusted targets.

• Compatibility with both MT4 and MT5 platforms.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service, including any updates or new features provided by the Company.

4. ELIGIBILITY

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

2. Legal Capacity: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.

3. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using the Service.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary.

2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activities under your account are your sole responsibility.

6. SUBSCRIPTION & FEES

1. License & Monthly Fees:

   • One-Time License Fee: 99 USD

   • Monthly Subscription Fee Starting from: 39 USD per Telegram channel per MT4/5 account

2. Payment Processor: We use Stripe for processing payments. By using the Service, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions.

3. Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and updated.

4. Refunds: Except as required by law or otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

5. Currency & Taxes: All fees are charged in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, or any other government levy.

7. USE OF THE SERVICE

1. Permitted Use: You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. Any use of the Service to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

2. Telegram Access:

   • You must have valid access to the Telegram groups or channels (e.g., Gold Trader Mo, Ben, Gold Trader) from which you wish to copy signals.

   • We do not grant access to any Telegram channel or group. You must separately secure your own membership.

3. Trading & Financial Risk:

   • The Service automates the copying of signals from Telegram to MT4/MT5. These signals are not financial advice and may come from third-party providers over whom we have no control.

   • All trading involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose your entire investment.

   • You assume all responsibility for any decisions or trades executed through the Service. We strongly recommend you consult a licensed financial adviser before making trading decisions.

4. Prohibited Activities:

   • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

   • Reverse-engineering or modifying the Service.

   • Using the Service to distribute malicious software.

   • Attempting to access the Service through automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) unless explicitly permitted.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Ownership: The Service and its entire contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. License to Use: Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use only.

3. Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for any third-party content, including Telegram channels, trading signals, or external websites linked from the Service. Access to such content is at your own risk.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

2. Aggregate Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company in the preceding six (6) months.

3. Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:

3. Waiver: The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
