REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide you with a reliable, high-quality solution that automates and simplifies your trading experience. However, due to the nature of our proprietary software, the immediate access granted, and our operating costs, we maintain a strict refund policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. 3-DAY FREE TRIAL

  1. Trial Eligibility

    • All new subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial period.

    • During this trial, you get full access to the Service’s features as described under the Basic, Pro, or Master plan, depending on your selection.

  2. Trial Expiration & Billing

    • If you do not cancel within the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the plan rate you selected (Basic, Pro, or Master).

    • Once the trial ends and the paid subscription begins, no refunds will be offered for any reason.

  3. Cancellation During Trial

    • If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the 3-day trial ends.

    • You will not be charged the monthly subscription fee if you cancel in time.

    • The one-time license fee will not be charged if you cancel during the trial.

2. ONE-TIME LICENSE FEE

  1. Payment Timing

    • The one-time license fee of USD 99 is due at the end of the 3-day trial if you decide to continue with the Service.

    • If you cancel during the 3-day trial, you will not be charged the license fee.

  2. Non-Refundable

    • Once charged, the license fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • You acknowledge and agree that paying this fee grants you continued, immediate access to our proprietary software, setup assistance, and AI-driven trade copying technology.

3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEES

  1. Pricing Tiers

    • Basic (for accounts under $1,000): USD 39/month

    • Pro (for $1,000 – $5,000 accounts): USD 99/month

    • Master (for accounts over $5,000): USD 149/month

  2. Billing Cycle & Renewal

    • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance.

    • Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled.

  3. Non-Refundable

    • Once billed, all monthly fees are non-refundable.

    • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused periods if you cancel mid-cycle.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation Window

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    • If you cancel after the 3-day trial has ended, the one-time license fee and any monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

  2. Effective Date of Cancellation

    • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • You will not receive any refund for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.

  3. Cancellation Method

    • You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [Your Contact Email].

    • We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.

5. NON-DELIVERY OF SERVICE

  1. Definition of Non-Delivery

    • “Non-delivery of service” refers exclusively to situations where you cannot access or use the Service at all due to an error on our part (e.g., your account was never activated, and our support team is unable to rectify the situation).

  2. Remedy Over Refund

    • In cases of verifiable non-delivery, we will make every effort to restore your access or otherwise resolve the technical issue.

    • Refunds are not our standard remedy. Only in the rare event that we are completely unable to provide access to the Service (and you have cooperated with our support team in good faith) will we consider a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this Refund Policy where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, war, terrorism, governmental action, pandemics, or internet disturbances. No refunds will be granted under these circumstances.

7. FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY

  1. Fraud Investigation

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

    • No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated for such reasons.

  2. Chargebacks

    • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter will be considered a breach of this Refund Policy.

    • We reserve the right to dispute and recover any chargebacks, and your account access may be permanently revoked.

8. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
